Outpatient Rheumatology Opportunity in New Orleans, Louisiana

Join a supportive, hospital-connected outpatient Rheumatology clinic in New Orleans, where you can focus on patient care, enjoy a predictable schedule, and be part of a collaborative environment. This role offers excellent support staff, academic opportunities if desired, and a lifestyle rooted in one of the most vibrant cities in America.


Practice Overview

  • Outpatient-only role with 4.5 clinic days per week
  • No hospital work, no call, and no weekends
  • Clinic includes 3 exam rooms, 20 infusion chairs, and an on-site X-ray and lab tech
  • Dedicated support team, including front desk staff, office manager, MA, and referral clerk
  • Academic involvement is available through LSU
  • EPIC EMR in both the clinic and the hospital

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed salary of $300,000 plus RVU incentives
  • Sign-on bonus and relocation support available
  • 401(k) retirement plan, health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
  • Ample PTO, offering increases based on years of service
  • CME allowance of $3,000 with paid CME time
  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness

Candidate Profile

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
  • Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure
  • Open to new graduates and international candidates; visa sponsorship available
