Overview:
Seeking a BC/BE Rheumatologist to join a well-established, 210+ member multispecialty group with a referral base of over 300,000 patients. This outpatient-only opportunity offers excellent work-life balance and the chance to provide collaborative care in a supportive team environment.

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Patient Load: 20-24 patients/day (2 new patients daily).
• Focus on conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, vasculitis, and non-chronic pain.
• EMR: EPIC system launching March 2025.
• Teaching opportunities available through the affiliation with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive base salary: $350,000 - $400,000 (negotiable).
• Sign-on bonus and wRVU incentives.
