MercyOne North Iowa in Mason City is looking for a Perm Rheumatologist to join their very busy instant practice. Commencement bonus up to $250,000!
Job Description:
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p, very minimal call
- Outpatient; average 16-20 patients per day
- Level 3 trauma
- Annual ER volume: 30K
- 1 ARNP and 1 physician in practice
- 1:1 clinical support
- Patient Age Demographic: 18+

- Teaching opportunity for Internal Medicine and Family Medicine Residents, ARNP/PA students, and medical students

- Physician support before, during, and after each procedure
- All surgical procedures available, except transplants; limited pediatrics; support OB, Cath Lab, and ED.

- EMR: Cerner hybrid with paper chart; EPIC in 2024
- Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
- Base salary: $280,000 - range is based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
- Commencement bonus up to $250,000 (5 years of commitment required for full $250K)
- Loan repayment up to $30,000/year
- 34 days of time off, annually
