We are presenting this position on behalf of a prestigious healthcare system offering a balanced professional and personal lifestyle. This role is a gateway to professional enrichment within a 238-bed, not-for-profit community hospital, recognized as one of the Top 100 Hospitals® in 2021. The selected candidate will be joining an established team of Rheumatologists, with the chance to serve a diverse patient demographic and operate in an environment highlighted by a 3-month backlog of new patients and minimal after-hour calls, enabling a focus on superior patient care.

Position Highlights:
- Role: Board Certified/Eligible Rheumatologist.
- Compensation: $255,000 annual + productivity bonus, $30,000 commencement bonus, $25,000 retention bonuses after years 2 and 3.
- Relocation Assistance: $10,000.
- Insurance: Malpractice + tail coverage.
- Practice: Join 2 Rheumatologists, busy from day one with a 3-month backlog of new patients, very light call (2-3 after-hour calls per month).
- Hospital: 238-bed community hospital, named to Fortune/IBM Watson Top 100 Hospital® 2021 list, serving seven counties with a population close to 225,000.
