JOB DESCRIPTION: Hospital is seeking a Program Director to provide professional expertise and leadership for the Pulmonary Critical Care Fellowship Program. Pulmonlogist or Critical Care Physician preferred but will Internal Medicine physcian if comfortable performing procedures. The Program Director will: Provide direct patient care and supervision and oversight of Fellowship support staff Supervise and precept residents in clinical settings Assist with recruiting of residents Develop, revise and maintain curriculum Lead in residents performance improvement plans, coaching, remediation and disciplinary activities as needed Oversee and teach didactics curriculum to residents Ensure the Annual Program Evaluation WebAds are updated HOSPITAL: A private not-for-profit organization with 7,000+ employees and almost 1,500 physicians on our medical staff.
