Responsibilities:

  • Serves as Associate Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program in a program with 75 residents
  • Supervises IM residents as a hospitalist (0.6-0.75 FT Effort)
  • Coordinate IM Core Curriculum and Noon conferences
  • Supervise IM Residents QA and Research activities
  • Participate in remediation plans and 1:1 counseling of residents when required

Qualifications:

Preferred:

  • Experience as an Associate Program Director or Key Clinical Faculty member
  • Produced ACGME defined products of scholarship during the prior two years
  • Participates in Faculty Development Programs

Required:

  • Board Certification in IM
  • Experience in inpatient medicine
  • Relevant teaching experiences
