The Harlingen Medical Center in South Texas seeks a Program Director to develop, lead, organize, operate, and administer its inaugural Internal Medicine Residency Program. The incoming Program Director will set the program's strategic direction and maintain its standards, quality, and reputation. The successful candidate will collaborate with physician practices and hospital clinical services to create more value and improve quality while creating an ideal environment for professional practice within the Internal Medicine Residency Program. Fellowship-trained internal medicine specialists interested in leading a residency program are encouraged to apply.
