**Neuroradiologist opening in Wisconsin** * Located in ***Eau Claire, WI*** - 90 miles from Minneapolis, MN * Full time, permanent opening * Employed position * Joining an 18-person highly functioning, collaborative group of Radiologists * Other responsibilities include interdisciplinary conferences each month, departmental peer review activities, and hospital/clinic committee involvement * Educational opportunities with the Family Medicine Residents and Emergency Physician Assistants/Nurse Practitioners in addition to the Rochester Radiology residents will be available * You may expect a busy practice in a physician-led, financially stable organization, committed to both high-quality patient care and patient satisfaction * Subspecialty fellowship training is required * Strong general skills are also required for general hospital and call coverage. * Approximately 40-60% of time will be spent in in neuroradiology with strong general skills required for general and ER Radiology. * No mammography or procedures required. * Daytime, Monday - Friday * ER/hospital evening shift (4-10 p.m.) 1 out of 15 * Overnight examinations covered by teleradiologists. * Daytime call on the weekends is evenly split between the Diagnostic Radiologists. Eau Claire, with a metro area of 163,000 is home to the 11,000 students at the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. Strong schools, low crime rate, and a reasonable cost of living may be expected. With an abundance of outdoor activities, the city also serves as the retail center for west central Wisconsin and the major metro area of Minneapolis/St. Paul is 90 minutes away.
