**$100K Bonus** Thoracic Radiologist - Detroit Medical Center - Fellows Welcome!

Envision Physician Services is seeking a full-time subspecialty trained candidate in the Division of Thoracic Imaging at the Detroit Medical Center. We are accepting applications from motivated Board Certified or Eligible candidates interested in joining our team of Radiologists supporting the Detroit Medical Center (DMC).

Primary duties of this position include interpreting chest imaging studies, including plain film, CT and MRI. Procedural skills are an asset, although not a requirement for this position. A passion for teaching is necessary as the education of our medical students, 40 residents and staff is at the heart of our program’s missions. The successful candidate will join a group of 60 faculty members. This is a non-tenure position and awarded academic rank at Wayne Sate University School of Medicine will be commensurate with experience.

The Detroit Medical Center is home to one of the Midwest’s largest radiology residency programs and trains medical students from two established and highly regarded medical schools. The DMC system is an award-winning medical center that is comprised of four adult hospitals and a free-standing pediatric hospital. Practice sites include level 1 and level 2 trauma centers, tertiary care adult and pediatric referral centers, and community hospitals. This position will be based primarily at DMC Detroit Receiving and DMC Harper hospitals.

Requirements:

  • Fellowship training is preferred.
  • Proficiency in the following areas: X-ray, Fluoroscopy, Nuclear Medicine, CT and Ultrasound
  • The position requires aptitude for and engagement in supervising and training residents. The ideal candidate will be both an exceptional clinician and a dedicated educator.
  • ABR / AOBR Eligible or Certified
  • Active MI license preferred, not required
