Physician led practice in one of the largest, growing healthcare systems in the Chicagoland area. Premier group of 30+ seeks additional Radiologists. They cover two hospitals (800+ bed tertiary teaching hospital and 220 beds), 3 outpatient imaging centers and a large free-standing Breast center. Work 7am – 4pm and rotate through a 1pm – 9pm general shift at the outpatient location about 15-20 times a year. All physicians are employed. Located in the southland area of Chicago.

Breast & Body Imager – Spend 50% in Body, 50% in Breast (Breast would be screeners and diagnostics and some ABUS). Volume is 50+ day (20 screeners, 10 diagnostics and other body studies. Will primarily rotate at the group’s three outpatient imaging centers. The centers perform a few diagnostic breast imaging studies and do low volume screening mammograms. Each of the outpatient imaging centers is staffed by a full-time radiologist who is responsible for site specific breast imaging and primarily outpatient multimodality body imaging and general radiography. There are no biopsies or fluoroscopic procedures at outpatient sites. The ideal candidate should be able or willing to participate after training is provided by the group in reading automated breast ultrasound (ABUS) and help with mammography QI/QA issues. Additionally, the capability to read a few PET/CTs on occasion is a plus but not a requirement. The candidate will participate in general/predominantly body weekend call pool on average one weekend a month. Receive 325k (non-exp.) 350+ for exp.

Evening Radiologist - Read all types of studies but the ideal candidate would be Neuro Fellowship trained. Hours are 4 pm until 11 pm. Volume is approx. 100+ studies: 30-40 Cross sectional, 10% US and balance in plain films. Starting salary is high 300k+ and all benefits including 10 weeks PTO.
