Maryland group affiliated with a US News and Report Best Regional Hospital, is recruiting a full-time ABR-Certified Fellowship Breast Imager to join our multidisciplinary breast cancer team, as the division of Women’s Imaging seeks to expand our high quality breast imaging services to additional ambulatory centers in the area.
Responsibilities
The clinical responsibilities include providing excellent personalized patient care in all aspects of multi-modality breast imaging and all interventional breast procedures.
Administrative/leadership roles will include:
-Medical directorship of recently upgraded satellite breast imaging office ideally located in the suburbs of County
-Maintenance of all ACR accreditations/center compliance as mandated by FDA and MQSA guidelines
-Close collaboration with multidisciplinary team of colleagues including weekly breast cancer conference
-Engage with and support referring physicians
-Educate and guide the technical staff
-Development of cancer risk assessment program for all patients in collaboration with high-risk screening program and genetic counselors
-Maintain practice culture promoting quality and compassionate care
