This stable premier group of 8 is seeking two radiologists. The group is based in a 280-bed acute care hospital with outpatient facilities. They are in need of:

Interventional Radiologist - New hire’s responsibilities will focus primarily on the interventional radiology service, but will also include general diagnostic radiology work. Procedures performed in the IR suite include biopsy, FNA, drainage, paracentesis, thoracentesis, central line/PICC line placement, some GI and GU procedures. Non-interventional evening and weekend call duties are required, but there is no interventional call, and a teleradiology service covers call during the overnight hours. Mammo is not required.

Second position - ideal candidate will be fellowship trained in Neuro or Body but will look at all qualified candidates including a generalist. New hire would read a mix of CT/MRI and if Neuro trained, Neuro Brain and Spine. Call will be 1:8 and average volume is 10 to 14 cases per hour.

For both positions salary offer of will be $425k plus sign on bonus, 10 weeks’ vacation, full benefit package including max. contributions into retirement. Partnership after 1 year earning in the 600’s . Area offers all out-door activities and cultural amenities; community is located under an hour to Raleigh.
