Interventional Radiology Physician in Mississippi
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $350000.00 - 650000.00
Merritt Hawkins has been retained to recruit an Interventional Radiologist to join a 17-member private group in the Southeast.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Fellows or in-practice physicians will be considered
- Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to be an owner in a private practice setting
- $650,000+ Income as a Partner
- 2-year Partnership Track with reasonable buy-in
- Full relocation assistance
- Malpractice insurance, health insurance, disability insurance, retirement account all provided
- CME allowance
- 12 weeks of vacation first year - same as current partners
- The practice is the largest and most comprehensive Radiology group in their service area
- Physicians currently work a standard 5-day work week
- 20% to 30% Interventional Cases / 70% to 80% Diagnostic Reads
- Common procedures are G Tubes, Venous Access, Biopsies, Draining, and some TIPS but rare
- Mammography, MSK, and Body Imaging are not required
- Interventional call coverage is shared equally amongst Interventionists which is currently 1:5 weeks/weekends
- Southeast university city of 50,000 residents
