FT Diagnostic Radiologist needed in California
- Specialty: Diagnostic Radiology (DR) — Board Certified required.
- Setting: Onsite, covering both inpatient and outpatient patients.
- Start: ASAP once credentialed; credentialing takes approximately 2–3 months.
- Schedule: Day shift, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Volume: Approximately 9,500 exams/month; typical daily volume is 60–70 X-rays, 30–32 CTs, 12–15 ultrasounds, 2–3 fluoroscopy, and 3 MRIs.
- Expected reads: Approximately 100–120 reads/day.
- Modalities/skills: Must be comfortable with general/body radiology, including CT, MRI, X-ray, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy; basic neuro/MSK is expected.
- GI studies: Must be comfortable with barium enema, small bowel follow-through, upper GI, and esophagram. Mammography/breast procedures are NOT required.
- Requirements: BLS, DEA, X-ray Supervisor & Operator, ACLS, ABR certification, and driver’s license; COVID + boosters, Hep B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Flu vaccines required. No malpractice accepted.
