We are seeking a Locum Tenens Radiology Physician in Cleveland, OH
Shift: Monday–Friday; 1–2 weeks per month.
Flexible start times: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or 8:30 AM–5:30 PM.
Eight hours of work with a 30-minute to 1-hour lunch break.
Start Date: October 5, 2026
End Date: Ongoing
Position Details:

• General Diagnostic Radiologist
• Approximately 60–100 cases per day
• Approximately 50% cross-sectional imaging when not performing procedures
• Primarily inpatient and outpatient cases, with occasional STAT list coverage
• Expected productivity of approximately 7 wRVU/hour
• Opportunity for light image-guided procedures
• No mammography, neuro subspecialty, nuclear medicine, or MSK MRI unless fellowship trained

Patient Population: Adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
Setting: Hospital-based Diagnostic Radiology
Type of Healthcare Facility: Acute Care Hospital

Responsibilities:

• Interpret general diagnostic imaging studies
• Read inpatient, outpatient, and STAT cases
• Manage assigned workflow from older to newer studies
• Perform basic image-guided procedures when qualified
• Read cases between procedures as workflow permits

Required Procedures:

• General CT, including unenhanced head and C-spine/Level II trauma
• Ultrasound, including first-trimester studies
• X-ray
• Light CT/US-guided procedures preferred, including abscess drainage, biopsies, chest tubes, and thyroid FNA
• Fluoroscopy is beneficial but not required

EMR System: EPIC; PACS: AGFA EI; Voice Recognition: PowerScribe 360
Support Staff: Radiology team; APPs perform most LP, paracentesis, and thoracentesis procedures
Days Per Month: 1–2 weeks per month
On-Call/Weekends: No call; Monday–Friday schedule

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Radiology by the American Board of Radiology
• Active Ohio license or IMLC with LOQ in hand
• ACLS and BLS required; AHA ACLS documentation required if performing procedures
• DEA and Ohio CSR required
• Minimum 2 years of experience
• NPDB Self-Query Report from within the last 6 months
