- Deliver high-impact clinical care across a major urban health system with rich and varied pathology. You will teach in a modern, resident-forward environment, shape your own work with customizable FTE models (0.6–1.0), and have a real voice in schedules, workflows, and coverage design.
- On ED shifts, you are paired 1:1 with a resident — residents generate preliminary reads while you read independently, then finalize with real-time feedback to optimize both learning and patient care. The group uses iCollaborate for streamlined case assignment, image sharing, and live attending–resident interaction.
