Detroit Medical Center Radiology is under new leadership and expanding. All schedules are posted 90 days in advance for predictable work-life balance. Volume across shifts is a median of 100-110 cases per day.
What You Will Do
Deliver high-impact clinical care across a major urban health system with rich and varied pathology. You will teach in a modern, resident-forward environment, shape your own work with customizable FTE models (0.6-1.0), and have a real voice in schedules, workflows, and coverage design.
Teaching and Residency
DMC operates an on-site ACGME residency with 6 residents per year in a right-sized, high-touch program. On ED shifts, you are paired 1:1 with a resident residents generate preliminary reads while you read independently, then finalize with real-time feedback to optimize both learning and patient care. The group uses iCollaborate for streamlined case assignment, image sharing, and live attending-resident interaction.

- Huron Valley-Sinai Hospital Level III trauma; community hospital setting
- Harper University Hospital Tertiary academic center
- Detroit Receiving Hospital Level I trauma; primary adult trauma center
- Sinai-Grace Hospital Level II trauma; high-volume community and trauma site
Subspecialties in the Group
Neuroradiology, Musculoskeletal Radiology, Body Imaging, Pediatric Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Interventional Radiology, Breast and Women's Imaging, Emergency Radiology, and Diagnostic Radiology. IR is supported by four Physician Assistants.
