| Practice Details Specialty: Diagnostic Radiology EMR system: EPIC Reason for Coverage: Gap coverage; Ongoing need FTE : 1 Shifts per month needed: 1-2 weeks a month Inpatient, Outpatient or both: Both Target start date and Length of need: As soon as Credentialed -Ongoing Locums Shift Schedule: 8a-5p (8hr worked with 1 hour unpaid lunch) Mon-Fri ; Must be onsite Type of patients / cases / procedures required: General Radiology & Fluoro, Emergency Stat reads, epidurals, arthrograms, hip injections, myelogram cases between procedures; Average of 5 per day Available support staff: Physician Assistant’s, Technologists Certifications required: BC/Truly BE Vaccination Requirements: Flu, COVID Will you accept licensure candidates (IMLC or standard process)? Yes Minimum candidate commitment to consider: 1-2 weeks a month Miscellaneous Information: M-F coverage-full week coverage would be best Details and requirements for this opportunity: · Job Settings: inpatient and outpatient · Modalities: General Radiology cases · Shift/Schedule/Hours: 8a-5p, Monday - Friday, 2 weeks a month · Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ · Certifications required: Board certified or Truly Board Eligible · Active state license or Interstate Medical Licensure (IMLC) - LOQ in hand at time of presentation |
