Required Skills:
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Valid state medical license and, if required, appropriate radiology certifications
- Proven experience in general diagnostic radiology, including reading XR, CT, MR, US, and Fluoroscopic imaging
- Ability to perform light Interventional Radiology procedures such as biopsies (thyroid, lung, bone, liver, renal, CT-guided, ultrasound-guided), drainages (paracentesis, thoracentesis, abscess drainage, chest tubes, cyst drainage), lumbar punctures, myelograms, and arthrograms
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a hospital-employed setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
- Additional certifications in interventional procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical doctorate (MD or DO) with state licensing
- A minimum of 2 years of post-residency radiology experience
- Prior locum or hospital-based radiology work is advantageous
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on or around March 4, 2026
- Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Willingness to comply with all healthcare compliance and safety standards
- Ability to provide on-site coverage and perform procedures as needed
