Reason for Coverage: Local radiology group unable to fulfill contract terms
Required Licensure & Certifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible – Required
- Active Tennessee License – Required
- Active Georgia License – Required
- IMLC Considered
- BLS – Required
- ACLS – Required
- Chattanooga Campus: 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- Hixson Campus: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Georgia Campus: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Breast Center: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Chattanooga Campus: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Hixson & Georgia Campuses: 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM
- 5 days/week
- 2:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 2 days/week
- Two PAs currently utilized by local radiology group
- Professional diagnostic radiology services
- Interventional radiology services
- Call coverage required
- Modalities as required by site (details to be provided)
