- Preferred Schedule: June 22-26, August 3-7, 1 week in November- dates are flexible- (not needing coverage the week of Thanksgiving) Monday-Friday 8-5, no weekends or call.
- Worksite Setting:
- Monday-Friday 8a-5p
- No weekends
- No call
- Clinic only
- Outpatient
- 8 Patients Per day
- Scope of Work: Linear Accelerator (including Rapid Arc/VMAT and Electrons), Conventional Therapy and Treatment Planning, IMRT, IGRT, SBRT, SRS, PET CT, 3D CRT, MLC, EPI, Hyper Altered Fractionation,
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements:
- WA or IMLC licensed
- BC
- EMR: Epic
