Job Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities

Interpret diagnostic imaging studies including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray

Perform image-guided procedures such as arthrograms and fluoroscopy

Provide timely and accurate diagnostic reports

Collaborate with referring physicians to assist in treatment planning

Participate in protocol development and quality improvement initiatives

Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

Work closely with tele-radiology services to maintain consistency and quality

Contribute to multidisciplinary discussions when needed

Support departmental workflow efficiency and best practices

Qualifications

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology

Completion of accredited Radiology residency program

Active or eligible for state medical license

Fellowship training (preferred but not required)

Experience in general diagnostic radiology preferred

Working Hours

Working Hours

Monday through Friday schedule

Full-time hospital-based position

Primarily daytime hours

Limited or shared call (if applicable, can be defined by employer)

On-site presence required

Strong diagnostic interpretation skills across multiple imaging modalities

Proficiency in MRI, CT, Ultrasound, and X-ray

Ability to perform basic interventional procedures

Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail

Effective communication skills with physicians and care teams

Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary environment

Strong documentation and reporting accuracy

Time management and ability to handle steady case volumes
