Hospital & Clinic is seeking a full-time Radiology Manager to oversee Imaging Services operations in St. Peter, MN. This leadership role is responsible for department operations, financial performance, quality improvement, regulatory compliance, staff supervision, and strategic planning. The manager ensures high-quality patient care while aligning departmental functions with the hospital’s mission and vision.
$15,000 Sign-on Bonus ($5,000 upon hire, $5,000 at first anniversary, $5,000 at second anniversary).

Job Responsibilities
• Establish department goals, policies, procedures, and quality improvement programs
• Supervise, mentor, hire, discipline, and manage staff scheduling and staffing ratios
• Manage financial performance, budgeting, cost control, and monthly variance reports
• Ensure compliance with MN Department of Health, HHS, NIAHO, and ISO standards
• Coordinate with OR, PACU, and clinical departments for imaging support
• Perform imaging duties in OR including portable and C-arm imaging for hip/knee/spine procedures
• Monitor patient satisfaction and implement service improvements
• Participate in leadership, board, and medical staff meetings
• Conduct data analytics and reporting for Imaging Services
• Support business development and revenue enhancement initiatives
Qualifications
• ARRT certification in Radiology – REQUIRED
• Additional registry in CT or Mammography – PREFERRED
• 5–7 years of Radiology services experience (CT, Mammography) – REQUIRED
• 2–3 years of Manager/Supervisor experience – REQUIRED
• BLS certification (or within 3 months of hire) – REQUIRED
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage budgeting and financial reporting
