What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Radiology
- Proficiency in onsite modalities including XR, CT, MR, Fluoroscopy, US, and Nuclear Medicine
- Strong diagnostic skills across diverse subspecialties such as ER, MSK, Neuro, Peds, and Mammography
- Experience performing light IR procedures, biopsies (e.g., thyroid, lung, liver, bone), drainages, lumbar punctures, and joint injections
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare system
- Familiarity with digital radiology systems and PACS
- Additional certifications in advanced interventional procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiology practice, preferably in an inpatient or emergency setting
- Proven ability to interpret diverse imaging modalities confidently
Other Requirements:
- Eligibility for licensure in Pennsylvania
- Ability to work onsite at the Windber facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
