We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Diagnostic Radiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania. This position offers an opportunity to practice high-acuity diagnostic radiology in a fully onsite environment utilizing advanced imaging technology.
The role includes a diverse case mix across multiple modalities, exposure to light interventional radiology procedures, and a steady workflow supported by a collaborative clinical team. Job Responsibilities
• Read and report XR, CT, MR, Ultrasound, Fluoroscopy, and Nuclear Medicine exams
• Perform diagnostic mammography and procedural imaging as needed
• Handle emergency and inpatient radiology cases
• Perform light interventional radiology procedures
• Conduct image-guided biopsies (thyroid, lung, liver, bone, renal)
• Perform image-guided drainages and aspirations
• Complete lumbar punctures, myelograms, and epidural procedures
• Perform joint arthrograms (knee, hip, shoulder, ankle, elbow)
• Maintain timely, accurate radiology reports
• Collaborate with referring physicians and care teams
Qualifications
• Active Pennsylvania medical license
• Active DEA registration
• Strong experience across general diagnostic imaging modalities
• Experience with light IR procedures preferred
• Ability to manage high-volume radiology workflow
• Recent Self-Query NPDB report (within 30 days)
• Clean malpractice and professional background
Working Hours
• Custom daytime schedule
• Approximately 8-hour shifts
• No overnight coverage required
