- Expectations: 70~ wRVUs per shift
- REQUIRED: For onsite jobs: all jobs onsite are all inclusive, with no exceptions.
- REQUIRED: Modality Checklist, found in documents, must be filled out and included with submission
- REQUIRED: All providers must work a MINIMUM of 40 hours a month, remote or onsite. This requirement must be maintained throughout the contract for the provider to continue working and maintain a workstation.
- REQUIRED: Providers must continuously have 3 months' worth of shifts scheduled with the client throughout the contract. Please discuss with the AM if there is a requested exception to this before submission.
- REQUIRED: All candidates who work for this client must be credentialed at a MINIMUM of two of their facilities. Onsite candidates are exempt from this requirement but is still requested.
- Must be able to perform infant BE exams
- Modalities: XR, MR, NM, CT, US
- Sub speciality case mix: Fluro
- Light IR procedures: Thyroid, lung, liver, renal CT guided, US guided, paracentesis, thoracocentesis, abscess drainages, chest tube cycts, diagnostic lumbar puncture, knee elbow hip ankle and shoulder anthrograms
- Shift Details: F-M 9-5
- 90-100 volume per 8 hour shift
- 60-70 wRVUs per 8 hour shift
- Contract Length: Ongoing, can start with one year
- Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time is requested, a min of 40 hours a month is required
- Board Certification: Required
- Credentialing time frame: 30-60 days
- Willing To License: Client will license if the candidate already has a license that can be used for at least one of their other facilities.
