Job Responsibilities
- Conduct mammography readings, diagnoses, and biopsies in a high-volume department.
- Collaborate effectively with referring clinicians and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Maintain credentialing in accordance with medical staff bylaws and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize EPIC, PowerScribe, and PACS systems for documentation and communication.
Qualifications
- Board certified or Board eligible in Diagnostic Radiology by the American Board of Radiology (ABR) or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology (AOBR).
- Fellowship training in Breast Imaging is highly preferred.
- Active Connecticut medical license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) eligibility.
- Proficiency with PACS, PowerScribe, and radiology IT platforms.
- DEA registration and state-controlled substance certification (or eligibility to obtain both).
- Current BLS certification required.
Working Hours
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- No weekends or on-call shifts
