Locum Tenens – Radiologist (ED Coverage)
Location: Detroit, Michigan
Coverage Type: Remote – Overnight ED
Key Availability
- Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing
- Providers Needed: 2
- Coverage Need:
- 2–3 weeks per month preferred
- Will consider candidates available 1 week per month
- Minimum Commitment: 7 shifts per month
- Shift: Overnight ED coverage
- Hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (EST)
- Call: None
- Work Location: Remote
- Average ED Volume: 80–120 cases per 8-hour shift
- Overnight Coverage Model:
- 2–3 residents on overnight
- 1 attending radiologist
- Resident Teaching: REQUIRED
- Board Certification: Radiology REQUIRED
- Medical License: Active Michigan license REQUIRED
- DEA: Not required (DEA waiver required)
- BLS: Required (not required if working remotely, per site guidance)
- EMR: Cerner
- Admissions: Required
- Rounding Patients: Unassigned
- No on-call responsibilities
