Schedule

Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday)

2×10-hour shifts: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Onsite coverage required (remote not available)

Must be able to cover at least one weekend per month
Note: Weekend shifts are high volume. Radiologist is expected to complete all reads during the shift with no handoff backlog.

Mix of CT, MRI, Ultrasound, and Plain Films

Heavier emphasis on CT and plain films

No Nuclear Medicine, Cardiac, or Breast

Some pediatric ED overflow, but primarily adult & geriatric

Weekend volume:

Approx. 150–180 reads/day

Another radiologist onsite 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Training / Onboarding Requirement

Prior to starting weekend shifts, provider must be onsite for 2 weekday daytime shifts for:

Board Certified in Radiology

Unrestricted California license (required)
