Remote Diagnostic Radiologist – Nevada Coverage (NV License or IMLC Accepted)
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Schedule: Flexible; Multiple Late Shifts Available
Setting: Remote (Must Use Own Workstation)
Time Zone: All reads on Pacific Standard Time
A rapidly expanding radiology service is seeking a Remote Diagnostic Radiologist to support growing imaging volumes across multiple Nevada facilities. This role offers flexibility, a diverse case mix, and the ability to work remotely while contributing to a high-quality, physician-led clinical environment.
Workstation Requirement

Must provide your own diagnostic workstation, monitor, and computer
Position Overview

Provide teleradiology coverage for Nevada-based sites

Open to full-time or part-time radiologists
-
Flexible scheduling; preference for candidates who can commit to one full week per month, but all availability will be reviewed

Mix of ER and outpatient imaging

Organization is expanding with multiple new sites, including another planned for February 2026
Case Mix & Volume
-
Must be able to read 80–100 wRVU per 8-hour shift
-
Approx. 120 cases/day

Modalities:
-
50% X-ray
-
25% CT (CT Perfusion is a priority)
-
15% Ultrasound
-
10% MRI
-
-
RVU threshold: 13,000, reviewed quarterly
Shift Structure (Remote – PST)
Weekdays:
-
Late 1: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (8 hrs)

Late 2: 11:00 PM – 3:00 AM (4 hrs)
-
Late 3: 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM (6 hrs)
Weekends:
-
AM–PM shifts available
-
Weekend shifts often pay a higher premium due to last-minute coverage needs
Qualifications
-
MD or DO
-
Board-certified or board-eligible in Diagnostic Radiology
-
Nevada license or IMLC
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to read a broad mix of imaging, including CT Perfusion

Experience with:
-
PACS/Dictation: InteleRad, Clario, NovaRad

EMR: Cerner
