An imaging center in Rockford is seeking a Diagnostic Radiologist for a no-call locums assignment beginning March 2026. This role offers a steady weekday schedule, competitive hourly rates, and a supportive environment.
Position Details

Specialty: Diagnostic Radiology

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm

Coverage: Scheduled hours only (no call)

Setting: Outpatient Imaging Center
General Responsibilities

Interpret X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound studies

Provide timely, accurate reports

Collaborate with referring clinicians
-
Participate in conferences as needed
-
Maintain quality and safety standards
-
May perform IR procedures depending on skillset and facility needs
Requirements
-
MD/DO with completed Diagnostic Radiology residency
-
Board Certified (ABR/AOA)
-
Active Illinois medical license
-
Experience with RIS/PACS systems
