All Star is seeking an interventional radiologist for a permanent opportunity in west New York. This strategic growth role offers the chance to lead and expand an existing IR department while earning an $850,000 annual base salary plus performance-based incentives. The position includes 8 weeks of vacation and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, call, or holidays.

Diagnostic radiology team
Referring provider network
Clinical Responsibilities:
Perform arterial interventions
Perform venous procedures (option to establish vein clinic)
Perform pain procedures (kyphoplasties, vertebroplasties)
Collaborate with diagnostic radiology team
Report benchmarks to senior administration
Lead and shape IR department schedule
Build community relationships to expand services
