Locum General Radiologist Opportunities in Massachusetts!

ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking a Locum General Radiologist to provide coverage in both hospital and outpatient settings, starting as soon as credentialed. The radiologist will interpret a variable daily case volume across a broad patient population and work as part of a collaborative radiology team. This opportunity supports a busy emergency and diagnostic imaging environment within Trinity Health.

Dates / Schedule

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed

• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90–120 days (upon completion of applications)

• Practice Locations: Hospital and outpatient facilities

Job Details & Responsibilities

• Provide general radiology services across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings

• Interpret a variable number of imaging studies per day

• Support an emergency department with approximately 120 patients per day

• Work with a radiology team transitioning from 8 to 6 physicians after February

• Utilize Epic, PowerScribe, and PACS for documentation and imaging review

• Serve patients across all age groups: adolescent, pediatric, adult, and geriatric

• Collaborate with a full complement of support staff

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology (required)

• Active Massachusetts medical license or pending MA license with submission date and estimated approval at time of name clear

• ACLS and BLS certifications (required)

• Prior experience or demonstrated interest in Nuclear Radiology (thyroid experience required)

• Self-query NPDB (pulled within the past month at time of presentation)
