Locums | Mammography Radiology | No Call | Springfield, MA Why This Role

  • High-demand breast imaging coverage with immediate need
  • Balanced mix of hospital-based and outpatient imaging
  • Established radiology team with full support staff
Assignment Details Start Date: As soon as credentialed Coverage Type: Scheduled clinical hours only Call: None Weekends: None Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90–120 days with completed applications Clinical Details Practice Setting: Hospital and outpatient locations Case Volume: Variable EMR / Dictation / PACS: Epic / PowerScribe / PACS Radiology Team: Eight radiologists currently, transitioning to six Support Staff: Full complement Patient Population: Adolescent, child, adult, geriatric Required Procedures: Mammography interpretation, stereotactic biopsies, breast ultrasound biopsies, breast localization procedures, mammography- and ultrasound-guided biopsies Requirements Board certified or board eligible in Radiology Active Massachusetts license or pending Massachusetts license application with submission date and estimated approval provided ACLS BLS Self-query NPDB report pulled within the same month as submission Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
