Facility: Trauma Level IV
Assignment Type: Locums
Coverage Type: Scheduled clinic hours only

Urgent Coverage Dates
- March 9–13, 2026
- Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Future Coverage: Ongoing coverage possible in 2026
- Shift Hours: 9a–5p
- Coverage Model: Onsite, scheduled hours only
- Rounding: No
- Patient Volume:
- Approximately 50–55 exams per day
- Specialty: Radiology
- Reads Required:
- ER, Inpatient, and Outpatient studies
- Modalities:
- X-ray (including fluoro)
- Ultrasound
- CT
- MRI
- Nuclear Medicine
- Daily Exam Volume: ~50 exams
- Clinic and Hospital coverage
- Support Staff: Yes
- EMR: Medhost
- PACS: Infinitt
- Board Status:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible – Required
- State License:
- Active Utah medical license – Required
- Facility prefers active UT license over IMLC
- Temporary Privileges: Available
