Required Skills:
- Board Certification in Radiology (ABR or equivalent)
- Proven experience in general radiology with proficiency in advanced imaging modalities
- Expertise in stroke imaging including CT Perfusion
- Skilled in interpreting MR, CT (abdomen/pelvis), US, XR, and Fluoroscopy exams
- Ability to handle emergency and neuro cases with efficiency and accuracy
- Strong knowledge of radiologic protocols and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with remote reading and teleradiology software
- Familiarity with hospital-based radiology workflows
- Additional certifications such as Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Multilingual capabilities
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO)
- Active state medical license in Florida or eligibility for licensure
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency radiology experience, preferably in diverse clinical settings
- Prior locum or temporary/contract radiology assignments
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Availability for shift-based work with some early morning or overnight hours
- Certification in basic life support and compliance with all licensure and credentialing requirements
- Ability to adapt to remote work environments and utilize digital imaging platforms
Position Details:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $19.50
- Shift Flexibility: Varied, including overnight and weekend shifts
- Start Date: December 31, 2025
- Work Setting: Remote, with diverse modality coverage including XR, CT, MR, US, Fluoroscopy
- Typical Daily Volume: 90-100 cases with 60-70 wRVUs per shift
