An onsite Diagnostic Radiologist is needed to support a high-volume hospital radiology department in Charleston, WV. This role includes a full mix of diagnostic imaging and light interventional procedures, with weekday daytime hours and consistent patient volume. Candidates must be able to perform infant BE exams.
Job Responsibilities
• Perform infant barium enema (BE) exams
• Support fluoroscopy caseload
• Perform light IR procedures including:
o Biopsies: Thyroid, Lung, Liver, Renal (CT & US-guided)
o Drainages: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Abscess Drainages, Chest Tube, Cysts
o Diagnostic Lumbar Punctures
o Arthrograms: Knee, Elbow, Hip, Ankle, Shoulder
• Work onsite in the hospital setting
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while meeting clinical demand
Qualifications
• Active West Virginia Medical License — Required
• DEA Registration — Required
• Clean malpractice history — Required
• Must be able to perform infant BE exams
Working Hours
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Day shift (onsite)
