We are seeking a Locum Physician - Radiology (Locum Tenens) – West Virginia
Locum Tenens Radiologist
Position Type: Locum Tenens
Specialty: Radiology – Gen DX, Neuro, MSK, CT, Nuc Med, PET
Location: Charleston, WV
Rate: To be discussed
Shift: M-F 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Start Date: 02/02/2026
End Date: Ongoing
Position Details:
- Patient Population: Adults/Geriatrics
- Setting: Acute Care Hospital

Responsibilities:
- Read all general radiology exams, including MR, Neuro, CTA, body, PET, and Nuc Med studies.
- Maintain daily productivity expectations of 70+ wRVUs per shift.
- Adhere to performance standards; underperformance triggers a 15-day notice with continued work during that period.
- Required Procedures/Modalities: XR, CT, MR, US, NM, ER, Nuc Med
- EMR System: Cerner
- PACS: Fuji/Synapse
- Support Staff: Standard hospital support provided
- Days Per Month: Full-time
- On-Call/Weekends: None specified
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certification required
- State license required (WV)
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days
- Modality checklist must be completed and included with submission
- Indicate which shifts the candidate can cover
- Clearly communicate which reads the candidate is proficient in
