Job description
-All candidates who work for this client must be credentialed at a MINIMUM of two of their facilities. Onsite candidates are exempt from this requirement but is still requested.
-Schedule: Days M-F 8a-5p
-Modalities: XR, CT, MR, US, NM, Flouro and Light IR procedures
-Start Date: 2/2/26
-Contract Length: Ongoing
-Shift Details: Onsite: Days
-Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time
-Board Certification: Required
-State license required: Yes, required (OH)
-Credentialing time frame: 30-60 days
-Must be able to read all CT, excluding CT Cardiac
-Willing To License: Client will license for an additional site if the candidate already has a license that can be used for at least one of their other facilities.
-EMR: Meditech
-PACS: Merge
-Dictation: Fluency
-Daily Volume Expectations: Candidate must read at least 70+ wRVUs per shift. If a provider falls below the required production standards, they will receive a 15-day notice of cancellation. During this period, they will continue working and will complete their contract at the end of 15 days. However, if their performance improves within those 15 days, the contract may be reinstated, allowing them to continue their contract.
