Locums Radiologist Opportunity – Detroit, MI (Remote ED Coverage)
Position Overview
- Specialty: Radiology (ED Coverage)
- Coverage Type: Remote
- EMR: Cerner
- Providers Needed: 2
- Start: ASAP
- End Date: December 31, 2026
- Coverage Needed:
- 2–3 weeks per month
- Will consider 1 week per month
- Minimum Commitment:
- 7 shifts per month
- Shift Options (EST):
- 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Call: No call
- ED Volume:
- 80–120 cases per 8-hour shift
- Responsibilities:
- ED reads
- Unassigned rounding patients
- Admissions required
- Resident teaching required
- Medical License:
- Active Michigan license – REQUIRED
- Board Certification:
- ABR / Radiology – REQUIRED
- DEA:
- DEA not required
- DEA waiver required
- Certifications:
- BLS required
- BLS not required if working remotely
- Case Logs: Required (submit with bid)
- NPDB Report:
- Must be pulled within the last 30 days
- Malpractice History:
- Clean malpractice required
- Referral fees available – ask for details
