Opportunity Overview
Join a physician-founded and physician-led radiology group providing high-quality diagnostic services across multiple Nevada hospitals. The group is actively expanding, with two new sites being added and an additional site anticipated in February 2026, offering long-term stability and growth.
This role supports remote diagnostic coverage with flexible weekday and weekend options, modern imaging systems, and a collaborative clinical environment focused on efficiency and quality.
Schedule & Shift Structure
๐ All reads are performed on Pacific Standard Time (PST)
Weekday Remote Shifts:

Late 1: 4:00 PM โ 12:00 AM (8 hours)

Late 2: 11:00 PM โ 3:00 AM (4 hours)

Late 3: 3:00 AM โ 9:00 AM (6 hours)
Weekend Coverage:

AMโPM shifts available
-
Weekends are often paid at a higher premium due to last-minute coverage needs
โก๏ธ Preference for candidates who can commit to at least one full week per month, though all availability patterns will be considered.
Productivity & Volume Expectations

80โ100 wRVUs per 8-hour shift
-
Approximately 120 cases per day

Annual RVU threshold: 13,000 (reviewed quarterly)

Case mix includes ER and outpatient studies
Modality Breakdown:

50% X-ray
-
25% CT
-
15% Ultrasound
-
10% MRI
๐ Priority experience: CT Perfusion
Clinical Responsibilities
-
Interpret and report diagnostic imaging including X-ray, CT, MRI, and Ultrasound

Provide timely, accurate reads in emergency and outpatient settings

Collaborate closely with referring physicians and hospital staff

Maintain high quality, safety, and compliance standards

Utilize modern PACS, dictation, and AI-enhanced tools to optimize workflow
Technology & Systems

PACS / Dictation: InteleRad, Clario, NovaRad
-
EMR: Cerner
Important: Candidates must provide their own diagnostic workstation, including a diagnostic monitor and computer.
Qualifications
-
MD or DO
-
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology

Active Nevada license in hand or IMLC eligibility required
-
Strong communication skills and comfort in a high-volume, wRVU-based environment
-
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multi-hospital care team
