Locum - Radiology - MD/DO

Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Radiology in Leesburg, FL

We are seeking a high-performing Remote General Radiologist to join our esteemed facility in Leesburg, FL. This practice offers a flexible schedule to accommodate a variety of shifts, including some weekends. The ideal candidate will have expertise in stroke coding, MR, and CT abdominal/pelvis exams, providing critical care to patients from the comfort of a remote setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Radiology diagnostic imaging across various modalities including XR, CT, MR, US, and Flouro.
• Manage a daily volume of 90-100 cases per 8-hour shift.
• Handle sub-specialty cases in Emergency Radiology and Neuro Radiology.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification in Radiology - REQUIRED
• Active Florida Medical License - REQUIRED
• DEA Registration - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice history - REQUIRED
• Ability to note shift preferences at the time of submission - REQUIRED

License and Certification Requirements:

• Must hold an active medical license in Florida.
• Valid DEA registration is a must.
