Job description
Seeking 1–2 Diagnostic Radiologists for weekend telemedicine coverage. Providers will read high-volume general diagnostic studies including CT, MR, ultrasound, and X-ray. ED and inpatient studies are the priority. Outpatient studies may be read only if ED/inpatient turnaround times are optimal. A teleradiology team is available for complex subspecialty cases. Expected workload is approximately 65–70 RVUs/day.
Job Responsibilities
Prioritize ED and inpatient reads for optimal turnaround time
Weekend daytime tele-radiology coverage
Utilize PowerScribe 360 voice recognition
Use Cerner EMR
Work with support team for workflow coordination
Optional: assist with outpatient list if ED/inpatient work is completed
Qualifications
Active California Medical License (Required)
California Fluoroscopy S&O Permit (Required)
Must reside in CA, CO, MI, NY, SC, or FL (Required)
Clean malpractice preferred
Must be able to read MR, CT, US, and X-ray (Required)
Working Hours
Duration: 8-hour shifts
Schedule: Weekends only
Start: As soon as credentialed (60–90 days)
