PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Demographics: Adult breast imaging population
- Patient Volume/Census: Volumes provided separately (not attached)
- Case Mix: Diagnostic and screening breast imaging

- Specialty Backup Available: Radiology and hospital support staff
- Reason for Coverage: Backfill FTE

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active SC license or FCVS required
- Board: Board Eligible within 5 years
- Fellowship: Breast imaging fellowship required
- DEA: Not specified
- Certifications: MQSA compliance with 24 months of case logs required
- Experience: Academic medical center experience not required
- Other Qualifications: onsite coverage required; no telehealth
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide onsite breast radiology services
- Interpret diagnostic and screening breast imaging studies
- Utilize Epic EMR and complete required hospital modules
- Support imaging and diagnostic workflows
