As a Locum Physician, you will play a vital role in supporting patient care through high-quality imaging interpretations, ensuring accurate diagnoses, and contributing to the seamless operation of our radiology department. Required Skills:
- Valid medical license and board certification in Radiology
- Proven experience in diagnostic imaging modalities including X-ray, CT, MRI, US, and Fluoroscopy
- Proficiency with PACS systems, particularly CHANGE, and dictation software such as POWERSCRIBE
- Strong ability to interpret imaging studies accurately and efficiently
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with medical teams
Nice to Have Skills:
- Subspecialty expertise in Fluoroscopy or other advanced imaging techniques
- Prior experience working in hospital settings with high-volume daily cases
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- At least 2 years of radiology practice post-residency
- Prior locum or temporary staffing experience is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Availability to start on 12/31/2025
- Ability to work daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Willingness to travel as needed; applicable licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements provided
- Commitment to maintaining licensure and certifications current
