Job Description: Locum Physician in Diagnostic Radiology
Join a dedicated team at a state-of-the-art facility located in the vibrant city of Charleston, West Virginia. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a variety of diagnostic modalities, including XR, CT, MR, US, and NM, while enjoying a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a daily volume of 90-100 cases while maintaining high standards of patient care.
- Interpret and report radiological images for various settings, particularly in emergency and neuromedical cases.
- Engage in continuous learning and adapt to the evolving methodologies in diagnostic radiology.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure appropriate care delivery.
- Proficiently read PET studies as part of the diagnostic process.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Diagnostic Radiology - Required
- Active West Virginia License or IMLC - Required
- DEA Registration - Required
- Self-Query NPDB report dated within 30 days of presentation - Required
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification
- Current State License (WV or IMLC)
- DEA Registration
