Job description

Job description We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Diagnostic Radiologist proficient in all imaging modalities and comfortable performing light interventional radiology (IR) procedures. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, detail-oriented physician who values quality, efficiency, and teamwork in a steady-paced, patient-centered environment.

Job Responsibilities

Interpret a full range of imaging studies, including MRI, CT, Ultrasound, Mammography, Plain Films, Nuclear Medicine, and PET/CT. Ability to perform Light IR procedures such as paracentesis, thoracentesis, biopsies, and drainages is also required. Participate in a shared call rotation and provide consultation support to referring physicians.

Qualifications

1. M.D. or D.O. degree with completion of an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency.
2. Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Radiology or equivalent.
3. Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the state of Illinois.
4. Fellowship trained optional; strong generalist skills required.
5. Proficiency with all imaging modalities and minor IR procedures.

Working Hours

Variable schedule for onsite/hybrid coverage.
