Locums | Interventional Radiology | No Call | Windber, PA Why This Role

  • Provide light interventional radiology coverage at a respected community hospital partnered with Northern Light Health
  • Perform a mix of diagnostic and image-guided procedures in a supportive environment
  • Flexible scheduling: 1–2 weeks per month onsite
Assignment Details Coverage Type: No Call Setting: Inpatient & Hospital-based Outpatient Schedule: 8-hour onsite shifts; 1–2 weeks/month Daily Volume: 90–100 studies; 60–70 wRVUs Modalities: X-ray, CT, MRI, Fluoroscopy Procedures: - Biopsies: Thyroid, Lung, Liver, Renal (CT & US guided) - Drainages: Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Abscess, Chest Tube, Cysts - Lumbar Punctures: Diagnostic, Myelogram Arthrograms: Joint injections (Knee, Elbow, Hip, Ankle, Shoulder) Requirements Board Certified Radiologist Active Pennsylvania medical license Active DEA registration Experience performing image-guided biopsy and drainage procedures Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
