Locums | Interventional Radiology | Remote + Onsite | Statesville, NC Why This Role

  • Provide high-volume diagnostic and interventional radiology coverage across multiple sites
  • Opportunity for both onsite and remote shifts within a collaborative radiology network
  • Consistent workload with diverse emergency and musculoskeletal cases
Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Coverage Type: Remote + Onsite Schedule: 8-hour shifts; day, evening, and weekend coverage available Daily Volume: 90–100 exams; 60–70 wRVUs per shift Modalities: X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine Case Mix: ER (80%), MSK (20%) Must be able to read all CTs excluding cardiac; stroke/perfusion coverage required EMR / Platform: Merge Workflow Orchestrator (MWO) OnCall: None Weekend Coverage: Yes Requirements Board Certified Radiologist Active NC license Active DEA registration Must specify shift preference upon submission Clinical Details Scope: Diagnostic and interventional radiology, primarily focused on emergency and inpatient cases Typical Procedures: - ER and trauma imaging - Stroke and perfusion coverage - Interventional radiology procedures as applicable - Musculoskeletal and body imaging interpretation Compensation Rates: Facility is accepting bids Malpractice: Provided Travel: Reimbursed
