Locum Radiologist – Body Imaging $225/hr Maywood, IL Remote Eligible
Join a high-acuity academic health system in the Chicago metro area as a Locum Tenens Radiologist specializing in Body Imaging. This opportunity offers $225/hr (1099), flexible scheduling, and the option to work on-site or remotely.
Position Highlights
- Location: Maywood, IL (Remote considered; on-site preferred)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed (est. 3 months)
- Compensation: $225/hr (1099)
- Travel: Flight, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursed at IRS standard
Scope of Practice
- Modalities: CT, Ultrasound, Body MRI
- Volume: ~30–35 CTs, 100 X-rays, or 60 US/day
- Facilities: LUMC (Level I Trauma), GMH & MNH (Level II Trauma)
- Systems: Epic, PowerScribe, Intelerad PACS, Softek Illuminate
- Teleradiology supported
- No pediatric reads required
Requirements
- Board Certified in Radiology
- Fellowship trained in Body Imaging
- Active Illinois Medical License
- BLS, CDS Certification, and DEA Registration
- Availability for at least 3 weeks/month
